SINGAPORE - ICING by Debs offer free domestic shipping with no minimum spend. Domestic orders are shipped via courier services.

INTERNATIONAL - We also ship worldwide. International express shipping is via FedEx and charges will be calculated at checkout. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number and details of how to track.

DUTIES & TAXES

ICING by Debs has no control over duties, including customs and import taxes and these are the responsibility of the customer. ICING by Debs is not responsible for any charges incurred by the recipient country and relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All of our pieces are handmade from our workshop in Singapore. Every piece is one-of-a-kind or custom-made. As such, all sales are final. ICING by Debs pieces thus cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

ICING by Debs strives to represent all items accurately in our images on the website and instagram, but slight differences in colour may occur as a result of different screen resolutions. With regards to gemstones, we seek your understanding in knowing that gemstones have slight variations in terms of markings or colour as they are natural, and that is what makes every piece unique.

We can, however, work with you closely in person or via email to show you selections of gemstones, diamonds, or photographs and video clips of stones and/or similar pieces you are interested in to help assist with your purchase.
